Bid packets are available at no charge with registration through JAGGAER (links provided on City Website: www.cityofboise.org). The CIty of Boise Public Works department is seeking bids for the replacement of approximately 291 L.F. of 8” diameter sewer main, 291 L.F. of 10” diameter sewer main, removing and replacing manholes, services, and other related work. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required.
