Bid packets are available at no charge with registration through JAGGAER (links provided on City Website: www.cityofboise.org). The City of Boise Public Works department is seeking bids on construction of a new 800 gpm lift station at the existing site. Work includes wetwell with submersible pumps, a new valve vault, new electrical facilities with a new pad and shelter, dewatering, bypass pumping, abandonment and decommissioning the existing dry well and other work in accordance with the plans and specification, and other related work. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required. Bids will be received electronically via the JAGGAER Platform. The City appreciates your interest in meeting the needs of the citizens of Boise. In the event that the general contractor intends to self-perform the plumbing, HVAC or
electrical work, the general contractor must be properly licensed by the state of Idaho to
perform such work by time of contract signing. The general contractor shall demonstrate
compliance with this requirement by listing their valid contractor's license number for the
plumbing, HVAC or electrical work to be self-performed by the general contractor prior to
contract signing. As required by Idaho Codes 54-1902 and 67-2310 the following list
includes the names, addresses, Idaho Public Works License Number (if available) and the
percentage of project in dollars for all Subcontractors. Failure to name subcontractor (if
