Bid packets are available at no charge with registration through JAGGAER (links provided on City Website: www.cityofboise.org). The scope of work of the item being sought to purchase is: This work includes providing a new mechanically attached 60-mil TPO roofing system installed as an overlay over the existing roof membrane. The work also includes associated roofing improvements and safety upgrades, including but not limited to: •Removal of stone coping at the east side rotunda and window sill flashing improvements. •Stabilization and securing of existing stair structures not currently anchored. •Installation of new designated roof walking paths. •Application of protective coating on rooftop cast iron gas piping to meet current code requirements. •Installation of self-adhering yellow TPO safety tape to delineate roof edge safety zones at the food court roof. •Coordination with the Owner for recertification of existing fall arrest anchors. •Allowance for selective removal and replacement of up to 1,000 square feet of water-damaged insulation. •Coordination with a specialty subcontractor to remove and reinstall skylight sheet metal flashing as required to maintain existing skylight warranties. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
