Digital copies of proposals must be submitted electronically via Bonfire. It is the responsibility of the bidding party to confirm successful receipt of the submittal files by the City prior to the bid date and time referenced above. Proposals received after that time and date will be considered a late proposal and will be rejected without receiving any further consideration. Proposals must be clearly marked Proposal – Equipment for Springville City Headworks Upgrade. Proposals will be analyzed based on the requirements herein including the General Conditions, and instructions for Suppliers. Notification of the OWNER’S decision to proceed with the equipment procurement will be given to all parties as soon as possible. Please contact the Design Engineer representatives listed below to submit technical questions. Submitted written questions asked, and the written responses to questions, will be provided to all bidders via Addendum. Questions submitted less than five (5) business days before the due date may not be addressed.
