Interested parties shall contact the Callaway County R&B Department so they can be added to the plan holder list for the project so that they will be notified of any updates or changes to the bid package. *** BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON THE PLAN HOLDER LIST FOR THE PROJECT. *** The sealed bids must be received no later than Monday, February 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at which time they will be opened. Please indicate the bid number on the outside of the sealed bid. The Callaway County Commission reserves the right to reject individual non-responsive bids or to reject all bids. If awarded, the project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder as determined by the Callaway County Commission.
