Now on this day, the Callaway County Commission is accepting sealed bids on the following project for the 
Callaway County Road & Bridge Department: 
Bid #2: PROJECT 2026-02- OLD HWY. 54 (SOUTH OF FULTON) ASPHALT OVERLAY PROJECT 
The bid package may be downloaded from the Callaway County website at 
https://callawaycounty.org/purchasing-office/ or a paper copy can be picked up at the Callaway County 
R&B Department office located at 5901 CR 302, Fulton, MO., 65109. 
Interested parties shall contact the Callaway County R&B Department so they can be added to the plan holder 
list for the project so that they will be notified of any updates or changes to the bid package. 
*** BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON THE PLAN HOLDER LIST FOR THE PROJECT. *** 
The sealed bids must be received no later than Monday, February 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at which time they 
will be opened. Please indicate the bid number on the outside of the sealed bid. 
The Callaway County Commission reserves the right to reject individual non-responsive bids or to reject all 
bids. If awarded, the project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder as determined by 
the Callaway County Commission.
