In preparing a proposal, interested parties should consult the request for proposal documents outlining the terms, conditions, and requirements for the proposal. The request for proposal documents may be examined online at www.cityofglasgow.gov/bidding-procurement., or by viewing same in-person at City Hall, 126 East Public Square, Glasgow, Kentucky during normal business hours, beginning 12:00 PM Central Time on October 31st, 2025. Any questions regarding the bid should be submitted by email to Treasurer, Victoria Simmons, at victoria.simmons@cityofglasgow.gov The City reserves the right to cancel this request or to postpone the proposal submission deadline at any time prior to the due date, with written notice. Issuance of this request does not obligate the City to accept the lowest cost proposal or any proposal submitted. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, assess the qualifications and experience of any proposer, modify proposal requirements, negotiate terms, solicit new proposals, and award a contract in a manner deemed to be in the City’s best interest.
