2026-02 – ORIGINAL COMBINED SEWAGE INTERCEPTOR (OCSI) REHABILITATION AND 
LINING 
General Notice 
Fox Metro Water Reclamation District  (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the 
following Project: 
2026-02 – ORIGINAL COMBINED SEWAGE INTERCEPTOR (OCSI) REHABILITATION AND 
LINING 
 
Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Administration Building of 
the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District located at 682 State Route 31, Oswego, Illinois 
60543, until March 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be 
publicly opened and read. 
The Project includes the following Work: 
Installation of approximately 1, 058 feet of 69/72-inch diameter cured -in-place pipe (CIPP) , 
one new manhole, replacement of a concrete flat top structure, by -pass pumping, heavy 
cleaning, manhole chimney lining and other miscellaneous items of work. 
Obtaining the Bidding Documents 
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated 
website: 
www.bhfxplanroom.com 
Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website  upon a non -refundable 
payment of $45.00 per set. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, 
lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the 
Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offe red only 
through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding 
Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. 
A password is required for any access to the Bidding Documents at BHFX Digital Imaging and 
may be requested by contacting the Engineer (Telephone 815 -444-3288 or email 
emurauskas@baxterwoodman.com). 
Pre-Bid Conference 
A pre -bid conference for the Project will be held on March 4, 2026  at 10:00 AM  at the 
Administration Building of the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District, 682 State Route 31, 
Oswego, Illinois 60543. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. 
Instructions to Bidders. 
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank 
draft payable to the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District  for ten percent (10%)  of the  total 
amount of the Bid as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract 
award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. 
Rejection of Bids 
The District Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. 
Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest 
responsible and responsive Bidder.
