The scope of work of the item being sought to purchase is: The Airport intends to expand the existing Economy Lot at 5500 W Victory Road, with the new lot extending within parcels R1580280280 and R1580280633. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required.
