Proposals will be prepared per the specifications detailed within the Solicitation document(s). Proposal packets are available at no charge with registration through JAGGAER (links provided on City Website: www.cityofboise.org). The City of Boise is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish Master Service Agreements with qualified engineering firms to perform professional geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection services, and laboratory testing and analysis. Services will be executed on an as-needed, task- order basis for a wide range of municipal projects. This contract will be administered by the Public Works Engineering Department and will be available for utilization by all City departments. In determining the best qualified proposal, Purchasing will consider all acceptable proposals on a basis consistent with RFQ requirements. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any irregularities in the Proposals received and to accept the Proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates. Proposals will be received electronically via the JAGGAER Platform. The City appreciates your interest in meeting the needs of the citizens of Boise. In determining the best qualified proposal, Purchasing will consider all acceptable proposals on a 
basis consistent with RFQ requirements.
The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any irregularities in the 
Proposals received and to accept the Proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is 
an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will 
execute the required exemption certificates.
Proposals will be received electronically via the JAGGAER Platform.
The City appreciates your interest in meeting the needs of the citizens of Boise.
