Bids will be prepared per the specifications detailed within the Solicitation document(s). Bid packets are available at no charge with registration through JAGGAER (links provided on City Website: www.cityofboise.org). The scope of work for this project includes: •Saw cutting, demolition, and removal of existing asphalt paving. •Minor site grading, earthwork, and drainage. •Storm drain infrastructure. •Concrete sidewalk, curb, and asphalt repair. •Landscape repair. •Landscape preservation. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids received and to accept the bid(s) that are in the best interest of the City. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required. In the event that the general contractor intends to self-perform the plumbing, HVAC or 
electrical work, the general contractor must be properly licensed by the state of Idaho to 
perform such work.  The general contractor shall demonstrate compliance with this 
requirement by listing their valid contractor's license number for the plumbing, HVAC or 
electrical work to be self-performed by the general contractor. As required by Idaho Codes
54-1902 and 67-2310 the following list includes the names, addresses, Idaho Public 
Works License number and the percentage of project in dollars for all Subcontractors.
